My name is Leilani I’m 20 years old and right now I’m also working as a private caregiver for elderly in the city of San Francisco. I love working with children and taking care of my own family. I’m the eldest daughter with four younger siblings. ❤️ I have experience in working in a babysitting setting as well as school settings. I used to work at an elementary in Southern California for their before and after school program along with their summer program. When working with younger children I like to build a friendship bond with them so that they do feel safe and comfortable with me. When working in a school setting I did feel that it was important to build rapport with the students this way so that they felt comfortable opening up to me when something was wrong and troubling them. And also if they were having difficulty (disrupting, not engaged) I could easily redirect them because they trusted me. Pay can be flexible depending on level of care ❤️
